Our client works in the ERP sector and is looking for a Customer Experience Manager.

What to expect:

  • Supporting users in the e-commerce realm by utilizing your expertise to solve issues related to store interfaces and marketplaces, in conjunction with our ERP system.
  • Assisting customers with connections to platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Shopware, and other players in the e-commerce marketplace.
  • Identifying common challenges and user issues, actively collaborating with their product team to enhance the e-commerce user experience.
  • Addressing user queries and serving as a bridge to their business departments.
  • Explaining the software's capabilities, troubleshooting through the ticket system, video calls, and phone conversations.
  • Ensuring adherence to their quality standards and being responsible for customer satisfaction.

Profile:

  • Experience with setting up shops and marketplaces, having established at least one store yourself.
  • Experience with ERP or CRM systems as a user and system administrator (examples: JTL, actindo, odoo, Navision, Billbee, or similar).
  • Well-versed in B2B support and enjoys connecting with customers.
  • Communicate fluently in both English (C1) and German (C1), both written and spoken.
