Our client works in the ERP sector and is looking for a Customer Experience Manager.

Your Role:
- Supporting our client's users in the ERP core area, using your expertise to solve problems with email and printer connections in conjunction with ERP systems and assisting them in overcoming software-related challenges.
- Assisting customers with data imports through CSV and APIs.
- Collaborating with their product team to address common pitfalls, and user issues, and enhance the user experience in the ERP Core.
- Addressing typical user queries and serving as a liaison to their business departments.
- Explaining the software's capabilities and troubleshooting problems through email, ticket systems, and phone communication.
- Ensuring adherence to quality standards and taking responsibility for customer satisfaction.
Your Profile:
- A strong IT affinity. You understand the distinction between POP3 and IMAP, possess SQL knowledge and can configure network printers with CUPS.
- Initial experience with API platforms like Postman.
- Familiar with ERP or CRM systems as a user and system administrator (e.g., JTL, actindo, odoo, Navision, Billbee, or similar)
- Comfortable with B2B support or enjoys customer communication.
- Can communicate fluently in both English (C1) and German (C1), both in writing and speech.
