Our client works in the ERP sector and is looking for a Customer Experience Manager.

Your Role:

  • Supporting our clients users in the fulfillment domain by utilizing your expertise to resolve logistics and shipping process issues in conjunction with ERP systems, assisting them in overcoming software-related challenges.
  • Assisting customers in importing data via CSV or XML using an FTP server.
  • Collaborating with their product team to address common pitfalls, user inquiries, and enhance the user experience in the fulfillment domain.
  • Addressing typical user queries and acting as a bridge to their business departments.
  • Explaining the software's capabilities and aiding with problems through ticket systems, video calls, and telephone communication.
  • Ensuring adherence to quality standards and taking responsibility for customer satisfaction.

Your Profile:

  • Has experience with logistics and fulfillment processes.
  • Has experience with ERP or CRM systems as a user and system administrator (e.g., JTL, actindo, odoo, Navision, Billbee, or similar), with prior exposure to Xentral being a plus.
  • Is comfortable with B2B support and enjoys engaging with customers.
  • Can communicate fluently in both English (C1) and German (C1), both in writing and speech.
