In this role, you will be leading the development of your vendors' acquisition products, from identifying gaps to generating leads to enabling self sign-up. Your goal will be to develop a portfolio of tools that brings the portfolio to the next level. The vision in the Global Sales team is to have a portfolio that fits every customer’s needs, every time they open the app.

Your role:

  • Work on one of the most exciting and upcoming topics with significant visibility and impact.
  • Own our client's acquisition solution, improving GapFinder, LeadGenerating, and Self Sign-Up products, with the ultimate goal of digitizing the entire acquisition process.
  • Identify gaps in offerings against competitors across geographies, products, and price points.
  • Develop a user-friendly, effective self sign-up tool, making it the easiest way for joining the app.
  • Define vision, roadmap and KPIs within a cross-functional team of data scientists, product managers and Engineers.
  • Define the data strategy, set up and test hypotheses, design new strategies and algorithms and measure their impact on restaurant acquisition.
  • Understand the local teams’ challenges and improve our global products accordingly.
  • Participate in setting up and organising prioritisation sessions and processes.
  • Manage a currently small team of talented PMs and scale it.

Your profile:

  • 5+ years of professional experience with user-facing product development, 2+ in leadership.
  • Working experience with big data and analytics (e.g., predictive engines).
  • Ability to bridge the gap between product development and business needs, identifying gaps in existing offerings and proposing applicable solutions.
  • Strong with data analysis and numerical reasoning to help understand the effect of product initiatives and steer decision making.
  • Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
  • Experience in SCRUM and the role of the product owner within a highly product-driven environment.
